She patiently explained the different coffee beans and brewing methods — from hand brew to warm and cold brews — helping us understand the subtle differences in flavor. Her passion for coffee really shows! I’d been searching all over Hanoi for the Origami Dripper, and DEAP went above and beyond to help me find it right here at ACID8. I was so happy — it was exactly what I was looking for. The coffee was fantastic (especially the hand-brewed options), and the service was just as impressive. You can tell the team really knows their craft and takes pride in creating a great experience. What a beautiful coffee shop and the coffee is sublime (probably the best latte I've had in Hanoi in a while). Service is so warm and sweet (thank you for helping me charge my laptop for so long). I love the books they have on the shelf too. Great way to spend a quiet afternoon .I'll definitely be back

Acid8 offers a wide range of high quality beans from Vietnam and other parts of the world. You can ask the staff for the beans of your liking (preference in taste). Give it a try when you visit Hanoi, it is a must.
