A true haven for coffee lovers and addicts. They have an impressive selection of more than 200 variety of single-origin coffees from all around the world. You might be overwhelmed at first, or dont know what to order, but thankfully the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and excited to share their passion for coffee culture and genuinely excited to guide you towards the perfect cup based on your preferences. They even take the time to teach you how to mix the sweetened vanilla cream properly to bring out the best flavours. Beyond coffee, the café also serves a great range of desserts and brunch dishes. The cafe is located in a museum, thus there is a fee to enter this place. They dont accept any reservations so get ready to queue as it tend to be quite long, especially during busy hours. Our strategy was to head straight to the cafe upon entering the museum, put our name down and was given a number/buzzer. Then take your time and explore and enjoy the museum and exhibits while waiting for your the buzzer to buzz. Ours took about 40-45 minutes, which we filled our time with exploring and taking pictures of the amazing intricate details of the museum. But once inside, the experience is unhurried and relaxing. The staff’s passion for coffee culture truly elevates the visit. At no point did we feel rushed, and the service remained exceptional throughout. Totally worth the wait. Interior is very instagrammable. You are free to walk around inside to take photos of the beautiful courtyard and the barista preparing coffee with rows of iconic Bacha coffee cans as the background. Even the waiting area garden riad were equally stunning, with orange trees in the middle and horseshoe-shaped niches at its perimeters Overall, this is easily of the the best the best coffee experiences in the world, served beautifully by the best staff, in a really beautiful chic, memorable setting. Highly recommended and will definitely come back if we have the chance in the future.

We thought of skipping this place due to huge crowd before the opening but worth the wait. The cafe is inside the museum and it opens at 10am but if you want to get seated, it’s best to line up in a cue before 1 hour early. Pro tip: once you get your ticket, go to coffee restaurant first as it takes longer in there. Huge variety of coffees from light to dark and decaf… we chose Kenya dark blend and Marrakesh morning blend with desserts. The experience and the ambience were perfect with the BGM touch !!

A very memorable and happy experience. Getting in is not easy. This is what worked for us: We showed up around 10AM and got our names on the "4-hour" waiting list - then visited Le Jardin Secret for 2 hours - returned to get our buzzer - toured the Dar El Bacha Museum - and the buzzer went off for a total of about 3 hour painless wait. The service and atmosphere was exceptional. Take time to browse the coffee book. We ended up getting three pots of coffee (about $5 per pot which contains about 2.5 cups). Didn't sleep well but would do it again! We heard they will be opening new locations in London and New York. I don't know if the magic of this place can be transported though.
