We had a lovely experience at the Barometre bar for pre-dinner drinks. It is a basement venue in the heart of Gueliz. You are welcome by staff when you reach the address and taken downstairs. It was a Thursday so it was pretty relaxed eventhough we had a booking. Their cocktails and bar snacks are absolutely delicious and very well presented. They take things seriously there. We sat at at table with high chairs in the restaurant part of the venue. A group of people were having dinner and food looked really good. Special mention to Simon who took great care of us. The staff is very professional and attentive. The venue is atmospheric and dark but you feel cosy with the clever lighting and the beautifully decorated bars. It is a vibe!
I can only recommend the place—we had a wonderful evening here! The cocktails are exceptionally unique and creative, and the food is delicious. The staff are extremely kind, attentive, and informative. They helped us with everything. Definitely visit if you’re looking for a truly special cocktail experience!😊
Incredible spot for cocktails and dinner. This is my second time going and both times were incredible. If you sit in the non-smoking section of the restaurant, ask for Simo! He was our server both times and his hospitality elevated the experience both times. Can't wait for the next time we are back.
