Had an amazing dinner at Bisou Bangkok. Ordered the Black Truffle Pasta, Uni Pasta Linguine with Gambero Rosso, Full Lobster Set, Octopus Leg, Dark Chocolate Soufflé, and Nougat Glacé — everything was excellent. The black truffle pasta and the full lobster set were absolutely to die for, rich and perfectly executed. Service was impeccable from start to finish. As it was my birthday, the staff surprised me with a complimentary birthday treat and even sang a birthday song — such a thoughtful and sweet gesture. The macarons served at the end were amazing too! Truly a memorable dining experience. Highly recommend for special occasions.

Bisou delivers one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in Thailand. The meal started with complimentary bread — beautifully crisp on the outside, soft and warm inside — easily the best bread I’ve ever tasted. It came with a generous scoop of butter that was simply insane: smooth, lightly salty, luxuriously soft, and absolutely perfect with the bread. The truffle bite was a fantastic opener, instantly waking up the palate. That was followed by the scallop with lime, where the freshness of the scallop blended effortlessly with the sauce, bright yet well balanced. Next came a dish with wonton skin, truffle, and cheese — creamy, rich, and deeply aromatic, with the truffle notes tying everything together beautifully. For the main, the Iberico pork with cheese was outstanding. The skin was perfectly crispy while the meat inside stayed tender and juicy. The light, slightly sweet foam cream alongside it was a wonderful touch. Dessert was just as charming — macarons with playful, sexy prints on the surface, served as a compliment from the team. To top it all off, the complimentary signature lemonade liqueur is an absolute must — refreshing, addictive, and honestly to die for. Highly recommended. This is a place you have to visit at least once.
