I had an amazing dining experience at BlackChich (I learned that it’s pronounced “black sheesh”). The food, the service, the atmosphere was 10/10. I ordered the Rfissa Berbere and it did not disappoint! My first time having this meal, and I wish I could pack it in my suitcase to take back home with me. ;D. I visited this restaurant on my last day in Marrakesh, but if I were staying more days I definitely would have returned in order to try more dishes and drinks! Highly recommend.
I came here just before closure time, hoping to try the infamous black camel burger, and I was left very satisfied! The staff were very friendly, despite the late hour and everything happened very fastly. The place is really nice (we have been served in the terrace) and the food quality is good. Maybe the camel burger was a bit too much seasoned, and the camel meat wasn't really highlighted, but it was really good-tasting. Only note is the impossibility to pay with card, but this is not strange here in Morocco. Many thanks to the staff and the cooks!
This place was recommended to us by somebody who remembered having a great meal there 8 years ago and it certainly lived up to the hype. The food was delicious, a really nice opportunity to try something new. There was also lots more vegetarian options than I had realised from reviews online. There was an upbeat atmosphere and service was attentive without being over the top. There’s a beautiful roof top and some attractively designed indoor spaces. They also had some delicious alternative soft drinks like a home made pineapple and ginger drink. 100% recommend
