Chaga Restaurant

Had a lovely experience at Chaga, where we went for dinner for a birthday. The place itself is very cosy and welcoming, and being seated next to the window was a big plus. We had both the vegetarian and omnivore menu, paired with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Overall the food and drinks were impeccable, I was especially fond of the non-alcoholic pairing menu, which was very flavorful without overpowering the food. The vegetarian and omnivore were both on par and delicious. Big thank you to the service team as well, who were knowledgeable and attentive (we even got a small carrot cake to take home for the birthday). Overall one of the best fine dining experiences I've had in Brussels

I had a blast of an evening. An incredible environment arriving in an unique building which houses as well a hotel, a bistro and an incredible bar (cocktails, wine etc) all with a calm, caring and warm atmosphere. The personnel is especially attentive (it was a real pleasure), the setting of the restaurant is calm with a nice view (if you are lucky to be next a window). When you opt for the menu you are in for a treat which last all evening. The wine pairing was a great choice despite an appealing choice of wine bottles. The deserts were surprisingly pleasant. @the entire team; Thanks for a great evening, we intent to dine again at your place.

I had an excellent experience at Chaga. The meal was outstanding, with refined and subtle flavours throughout. The barbecued notes added a distinctive and memorable touch to several dishes, bringing real depth without ever overpowering the balance of the cuisine. A special mention goes to the parmesan dessert, which was simply the best I have ever had — original, perfectly executed, and unforgettable. The service was impeccable from start to finish. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and clearly committed to providing a high-level dining experience. Even the welcome was smooth and pleasant, with helpful service from the hotel porter and valet. The setting itself is beautiful, with a thoughtfully designed interior and a superb view over uptown Brussels, including the Royal Palace area. All in all, a refined and memorable dining experience that I would gladly recommend.
