Stop reading and book a table immediately! This is the best meal I have eaten in Thailand. This place is an awesome blend of delicious food in a relaxed setting. The vibe is great, the restaurant had a real buzz about it and the staff were all smiling, and that is always a huge positive! Too many places are doing bad versions of "elevated thai food" and falling short. Charmgang on the other hand does it perfectly. Exceptional flavor throughout, everything was bright and well balanced, I loved everything we ordered. Great use of spice and smoke. We started with duck wafers which were crispy and super tasty. Scallop topped cupcakes were fun and delicious and the fish bite wrapped in betel leaf was a slap in the face with huge flavors. We moved on to the pork jowl salad which tasted like the best glazed ham! And we had the smoked fish curry which was inspired. So so tasty. I can't reccomend this place highly enough. Ive had some really dissapoiting Michelin starred tasting menus in Bangkok on this trip, and charmgang was such a refreshing change. Exceptional!!!!!

The vibes is this place is good! Two days before our dinner reservation they WhatsApp me to confirm and check if we’ve any food allergies and if there was any special occasion When we arrived they greeted us at the door with warm smiles the moment we hopped off our ride! Servers explained that they have a tasting menu available too or we can place Ala carte orders and then there’s the daily specials. The scallops on cupcakes were perfectly done! We tried their most spicy curry ever! The Chanthaburian Chicken curry is out of this world. Very tasty curry with bananas, sweet peas and mini Thai eggplants. The cardamom gives the entire dish a very nutty flavour to it but boy when the heat hits u at the back! They have us a slice of rose apple with coconut sugar on top of it to help with the heat!!! And it does work! Must try their crab omelette with bean sprouts. One of the lightest and fluffiest Thai omelette we’ve had Most intriguing texture was the veggie stir fry which was mainly succulent bite size chunks of water bamboo stir fried to perfection The staff were just fabulous!!! Will definitely be back every time we revisit Bangkok

One of the best dining experiences in Bangkok! Everything we ordered was very nice and tasty, the scallops were our top 1 dish of the night! We are already planning our next meal back.

Maybe the best restaurant in our Thailand visit. Certainly in our top 10 in the world. Every dish was a flavor explosion in your mouth. The kingfish curry was insane. Absolutely insane. The wine selection is startlingly good. I want to move in and eat here every day.
