Very cozy looking place. We couldn't find the hotel at first, but I had read reviews before so wasn't very difficult to find. Loved the vibes of the room. It's quite small but aesthetically so beautifully done. The staff are very helpful with any information needed. Clean bathroom and clean towels. The rooms are not sound proof, we stayed for a night and it was not a problem. Great location. We could walk back after partying in the beer street. Definitely recommend.

Hot water fluctuates but reliable for more than 20min. Drinking water is conveniently provided at the lobby, staffs are nice and helpful with tourist spots. -thank you owner for the respond. We came back the same hotel after our trip at ha giang loop, the receptionist is patiently waiting for us at 3am to assist us with a speedy check in so that we can rest after a long trip, we appreciate it very much.

A peaceful haven in the chaotic Old Quarter. Beautiful design - a calm and welcoming space with some nice little touches. All of the the staff I encountered were so friendly and welcoming. Perfect location for exploring Hanoi. My only request is that the rooms need to have a full length mirror - I had to use the one in the lift to check out my purchases from the nearby night market. Other than that, absolutely perfect and I hope to return some day!
