Darling by Sean Brock

I tried their new brunch today and am so glad they added it! Darling is such a great spot on Robertson and has one of the most beautiful settings in the WeHo area, so I am glad it has opened up more hours on the weekend. I also adore Miya and her great staff - such an attentive welcoming team. Recommendation: the deviled eggs with tuna belly and steak burger are amazing!

took some friends to dinner last night and the meal was amazing! the oyster dish was the highlight for us, but everything we ate was outstanding! Shaved ham, housemade bread, preserves and butter were melt in your mouth deliciousness. We shared the pork chop and abalone as well as several sides. The room is super cool and the vibe in there is great. Chef even ended up spinning some vinyl on their unbelievable soundsystem. fantastic evening!

Had such a great experience at Darling. From the moment we walked in, the service was on point across the board. Mia, the manager, really stands out—super knowledgeable, friendly, and you can tell she runs the place smoothly. Nadia at the front set the tone right away with a warm and welcoming vibe. Colleen, our waitress, was polite, efficient, and knew the menu inside and out, which made everything easy. Mark, who helped deliver the food, was equally impressive with his knowledge, and Melanie, the back server, was incredibly attentive throughout the meal. And of course, the food was delicious. Everything we tried was spot on. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend.
