We had an amazing time at Fuego from start to finish. The food was full of character and very unique. Ankimo toast was my absolute favorite! You can tell a lot of care goes into what comes out of the kitchen. Everything felt intentional from the flavors to the atmosphere. The chef was super friendly and the service was excellent. What an incredible experience! This place redefines fine dining! It’s cool, creative, and full of energy. We were lucky enough to enjoy the creative menu by not just one, but two chefs: Roger feat. Dan Bark. The fusion dishes were packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The whole team was super professional, creating such a fun and welcoming vibe. Great music, great atmosphere. One of the best dining experiences we've ever had!
