Recently restored and re-opened for public , this is a wonderful courtyard with great collection of photographs /paintings by artists . The open garden courtyard hosts several bars to choose from. Seating is casual with long benches and relaxing arm chairs . Though Right in the middle of the city centre it’s still tucked away in tranquility and gives you a sudden transformation from urban crowd around to a greener calmer place to enjoy a drink or 2. You can also just walk in the courtyard to check out the gardens, there is no obligation as such to buy anything unless you want to sit down . A short stroll is rewarding too as you get to see nice photographs well framed and in general the architecture of the garden . Several choices of bars to choose from and the list of all of them is well displayed on a board right at the entrance letting you choose what would suit you !
i didn't know of this place until recently. i was so pleasantly surprised with the garden and anso the structure. they have so many activities. i went for a spiritual ritual and yoga night in the santuary they have inside! YES, a santuary inside the structure! want to explore more of it... definitely will go again. had an amazing experience.
I visited the Beer Garden currently held in its garden. The building is slightly run down and dirty, which I personally actually enjoy. The beer festivity was very clean and orderly, beautiful colourful lighting lit up the green space and surrounding walls. It is also located in a very aesthetically pleasing quartier that tourists seem to completely miss. It's surrounded by elegant white townhouses and a street away is a gorgeous baroque church with a semi-circle shaped square in front of it.
