Had amazing time in Hanoi all thanks to the hotel and staff for providing excellent service. In my point of view from outside the hotel looks ok but once you are inside you will forget its exterior. The staff ate very friendly, they will not let you touch you luggage as the hotel staff will take care of it to take to the room or to the taxi when leaving. We also did an hour massage which was very professional and reasonable price. I will defo go back if I come back to Hanoi.

Amazing stay – highly recommended! I had an amazing stay at Grande Collection Hotel & Spa!! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, close to everything. The staff was exceptional – everyone was kind and professional. A special thank you to Anna, who was absolutely wonderful and helped me with everything, including arranging transportation to Sapa and airport transfers. Her support made my stay completely stress-free. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. If I ever return to Hanoi, I will definitely stay only at this hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
