Honestly, decent coffee! I wasn’t sure what to expect of the coffee and croissants on Rye de Croissant, it sets a high bar to park your coffee bar in the street named after your most sold pastries. The Honest cafe is spacious and not done in that pasé minimalist Scandi style. It’s more like having a coffee in a well done up Belgian house, with high ceilings and glass all around. The bar is a bit awkward honestly, given the set up makes it look more like they serve beer than coffee but the pastries are fresh and the overall sphere is low key and warm.
Home-blended peanut butter latte, plenty of terrace sunshine and a crew that’s super welcoming. Such an honestly refreshing cafe with much to offer. ++ went back to try their home baked scone with a hazelnut cappuccino and highly recommend trying that combo! 💯
Small hidden gem offering amazing coffee and plenty of delicious home-made gluten free options. Moreover, it was so nice to see that all staff was super knowledgeable and took my celiac requirements so seriously. My new favorite cafe in Brussels! Thank you ☺️
A very cute coffee shop. The ambiance is slow oriented. When I go there, the staff is welcoming. I recommend the bagel/burger more since the toast is not that big for the same price, the veggies became too watery for me at some point. I highly recommend their coffee ! Amazing coffee. The seasonal fruit pancake was delicious but a little bit dry for me, not enough syrup for my taste. They charge extra on the milk alternatives. Overall, I have often a very good experience with this establishment !
