Lovely coffee shop hidden in a courtyard 2 steps from Place de la Bastille
Stumbled upon this roaster while roaming around Marais and Bastille. They are using a manual roasting technique that produces amazing levels of quality. I bought 2 lbs of different varieties to bring home and thoroughly enjoyed my pulls of espresso. I highly recommend a visit.
