An absolutely wonderful experience. My wife and I opted for the hamman and serenity massage. Both were fantastic. We arrived an hour before our first treatment to enjoy the pools, one warm, one (outside) cool. Staff were on hand to guide us through the process, and around the complex (which was labyrinthian), with plenty of mint tea and bottles of water to keep us hydrated. We opted to take our treatments together in our private rooms. The ladies providing the treatments were very professional and skilled. The serenity massage was unforgettable and left us both unbelievably relaxed! A must if you have the time in Marrakech.
I’ve had an amazing experience. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and the facility was very clean and organized. The tea refreshment and cookies they give out in the waiting areas between services were fantastic! I left the establishment feeling like I had been reborn. 100% recommend this establishment for any spa treatments (especially the hammam scrub).
I have been coming here for many years when I am in Morocco and this time I reserved the hammam, facial and relaxing massage. The venue itself is a showcase to the beauty of Moroccan architecture and the artisan skills of interior design. The building is immaculately clean and has also two pools to swim from; an indoor and outdoor before treatments which I appreciated so it is good to allow a bit of time before treatments for this. The exfoliation in the hammam was very thorough and every inch of my skin was exfoliated from head to toe. The facial and the massage were also wonderful using beautiful ingredients such as argan oil and many different natural flower products eg. rose etc. I bought the honey and orange blossom shower creams in the shop which are amazing (honey one nearly finished). All in all, it was a very positive and restorative experience after a very busy and challenging few months.
