We stayed 5 nights, in September, at Made in Catherine. Everything about the hotel was excellent. The staff were exceptional - I’m sorry I can’t remember all the names - Caroline, Sheyla, Karl, the breakfast ladies, cleaner and bar staff. Even had a chat with the owner who was very interesting. The building was renovated very sympathetically, retaining many original features. The rooms were cleaned very well. Breakfast was a great start to the day. The bar choices were good and it was comfortable to sit and have a drink. They made restaurant bookings at excellent, local (non tourist) restaurants. We loved the area which was generally peaceful. There was a beer festival while we were there but it did not affect us negatively. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and I will definitely try to book it when I return to Brussels. We just had a cup of coffee there and saw that it is a hotel too. The atmosphere is great, the service very friendly and the coffee was very good. Especially the cookie and the cake were delicious. As we plan another visit to Brussels we will definitely try to stay in this hotel.

Our stay was fantastic! The room was huge and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better, we were close to absolutely everything, which made exploring so easy. The staff were so kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel in the perfect location for exploring Brussels. Just away from the main tourist areas but lively and fun district. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms beautifully clean. The bar is a great location for an aperitif (especially with the free drink on arrival - thank you!) Breakfast buffet with lots of choice and fresh ingredients. Would love to come back.
