Best Riad in the center of Marrakesh, the atmosphere was very calm and peaceful. You instantly can feel that is a luxurious Riad, it’s very centric and the service was amazing, definitely if you want to have the best spot in the Medina, this is your place to go!!

The best Riad in the Medina! I had the great privilege of being the very first guest of this beautiful new property, and from the very first moment you can feel how much love, thought, and attention have been devoted to every single detail. The Riad is completely new, decorated with refined taste and an almost obsessive attention to the choice of materials, colors, and design elements. Stepping inside immediately gives you a feeling of peace, warmth, and comfort. Despite being located in the very heart of the Medina, in a strategic position only a 10-minute walk from the main square, the Riad is incredibly quiet and far from the chaos of the busiest streets. Returning here after a day in Marrakech feels like coming back to calm, beauty, and relaxation. The entire staff was exceptionally professional, honestly even beyond the standards of many ultra-luxury hotels. Always present yet discreet, attentive to every need: from bringing espresso coffee to my room early in the morning, to kindly accompanying me through the Medina in the evening so I could always feel comfortable and safe (even though I genuinely found Marrakech to be a very safe city). And what stands out the most is that their hospitality never feels forced; it is sincere and natural. The team is truly gifted in making every kind of guest feel welcomed and cared for. Even the driver I requested for one day was fantastic: incredibly kind, punctual, funny, and always ready at every meeting point. He allowed me to fully enjoy my last day without stress or wasting time moving between attractions located far from one another. I am convinced that my experience in Marrakech was even more special thanks to the choice of staying at this Riad. The price is absolutely consistent with the level of the property and the beautifully orchestrated overall experience managed by the general manager Zyad, who was always present with elegance, professionalism, and genuine care. If you visit Marrakech, spending at least a few nights in a Riad is an essential part of the experience. And this is, without any doubt, one of the best possible choices for anyone looking for quality, service, and authenticity in the heart of the Medina. If this is the beginning of Maison Zamane, I can only wish them an extraordinary future ahead! Without any doubt, I will come back again!

An amazing experience from start to finish. The place is beautiful, the decor carefully done, the atmosphere perfect. The breakfast was delicious and the spa absolutely incredible, one of the best moments of relaxation we've had in a long time. Everyone made us feel so welcome and well looked after throughout the stay. We're leaving with amazing memories. A must-visit in Marrakech, we couldn't recommend it more!

Maison Zamane is a cozy, beautifully designed hotel. It’s located at the the heart of the Medina, so it’s walking distance from some of the highlights of the area. The staff was so nice and polite all the time, and always willing to help us out with anything we may need. The breakfast was simple but delicious. We had an amazing time hanging out in both pools after a day out at the beautiful city of Marrakesch, and the staff always made sure to keep bringing their delicious mint tea. Highly recommend staying here!
