I love the store, it has gifts for every occasion and every kind of person in your life. However, the gift wrapping skills of the sales persons are just horrible. For a high end store like this, I would expect the staff at the minimum to undergo a training in gift wrapping. At first I thought it was just a one-off case but this happened now at 3 separate occasions and with 3 different sales people. Disappointing. @mayfair, please organise a training for your staff as soon as possible, would be nice to teach them various techniques of gift wrapping as well to match the creative/ artistic vibe of the store.
