Mehraz by Elmaalem completely shatters expectations by taking traditional Moroccan flavors and flipping them on their head with an incredible, contemporary twist. The name says it all in Arabic, Elmaalem means "The Master," and the chef truly is a master of his craft. The entire experience from start to finish is just "Incredible" The ambiance strikes the perfect balance between high-end modern elegance and deep cultural roots, with stunning attention to detail like custom gold-embroidered napkins and beautiful marble tables. Groundbreaking food, amazing atmosphere, and top-notch service. This is literally a must-try restaurant in Marrakech! 10/10.

Amazing food and excellent service! What impressed me most was the chef’s passion for cooking. You can tell he truly loves what he does, and it shows in every dish through the flavors, presentation, and attention to detail. A wonderful dining experience that I highly recommend.
