We stayed here for my partners birthday, and had such a lovely time. The staff were so amazing, helpful and friendly - Judy in particular was so warm and welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my partners birthday special, setting up decorations in our room with personalised pictures, giving him a cake with candles in the lobby - it was amazing! The hotel itself is also beautiful, with amazing facilities; the pool was great & the breakfast was so tasty. Really great location in Hanoi too, can’t recommend enough. Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful stay, we are so grateful for all the effort you put in to make our stay so memorable :)

This was our first stay in Vietnam and boy, it did not disappoint!! Breakfast was amazing, the room was super spacious, and the service is great! I believe her name was Anh (short black hair) was so unbelievably helpful!! She helped me plan our entire itinerary for Vietnam and spent 30 minutes with me. She would always check in with us and offered recommendations for things to do and see in Hanoi. Shoutout to Judy and Derrick for all the help as well. The spa is a must as well. The steam room and sauna experience is private and well worth it. When we return to Hanoi, we will definitely be staying at Meritel again. Thanks!!

We had a wonderful time here in Hanoi and in addition to the great location and nice room the staff was exceptional. From the moment we came until the minute we left Judy handled all of our needs from special food, to getting us an upgraded room, to catching a mistake on our bill we did not see, to booking our ride to the airport with a boxed meal and much more local advice and tips. Tiana and Mark were also very helpful with our food needs, tips about the city and general advice. They made us feel part of the family with their care. We would definitely come back!
