I was extremely impressed by both the food and the service! Everything we tried was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. A special thank you to Ruggero, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. He presented both the food and the wine perfectly and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I would happily come back to!
A fun dinner in Palermo. We picked the Mare menu with one classic wine pairing and one selection wine pairing. The sommelier was knowledgeable and attentive. The wine lineup is very diverse and interesting from different regions of Sicily with taste that is floral to rich and deep.
I stumbled upon this amazing restaurant on our last night in Palermo it’s a bit further from the tourist trap places several blocks away. We splurged and took advantage of the 4 course tasting menu and wine pairing! It’s literally New York quality but a third of the price. Plus the guys were so amazing, fun and kind. They went above and beyond to explain every wine and the process of making each course. Sharing an image of first course, prawns - best thing I have eaten in at least two years. Will be back on my next trip for sure :)
