Northgate Spirit in Chiang Mai is one of those bars that gets the atmosphere exactly right, dim lighting, white textured walls paired with wood accents, and an overall feeling that’s intimate and private without trying too hard. The drinks here are clearly well thought out, using local ingredients in ways that actually make sense. I ordered the Rakshury, a gin based cocktail made with รากชู, a plant that grows wild in the Chiang Mai hills, served alongside crispy pork that complemented the drink’s mix perfectly. It’s the kind of place that feels personal and considered, easily one of my favorite spots in the city for a quiet, well made cocktail.
Art cafe in Chiang Mai, the coffee is quite good! Worth the price paid. I ordered a medium roasted latte with oat milk. The taste and aroma of the coffee is still very good. The place is beautiful. The construction is impressive. Easy access to the traditional construction here while drinking coffee.
All the staffs are very friendly and asked our preferred taste to recommend cocktails. The atmosphere is quite chill and I would 100% recommend this bar to get relaxed after you get walked around the Chiang Mai. In addition, I asked staffs about the recommend local restaurant for dinner and they recommended to us without any hesitation, which I really appreciated.
