That incredible feeling was entirely thanks to the truly exceptional management and staff. Boubker, the General Manager, deserves all the praise for having such an excellent and tenured team. He single-handedly ensured that the entire property felt like our home for the duration of our celebration. His dedication was undeniable. He created an atmosphere of genuine warmth and exclusive luxury. We also must give a special shout-out to Chef Khalid! His Moroccan cuisine was a spectacular highlight, and you could truly taste that he cooks with soul and heart. Every single staff member, from the wonderfully attentive Oumaima to the gracious servers, looked after our family and guests with extraordinary care. The team engaged with everyone in such a warm, personal way. It genuinely felt like family taking care of family. Our guests were unanimous: this was an experience they would carry with them forever. No other wedding would ever compare! What truly sets Palais Namaskar apart is their philosophy of service: not a single staff member ever said "no" to us. This level of dedication and willingness to accommodate every last request made both the planning and the celebration completely seamless and stress-free. We didn't just have a wedding, we hosted a celebration in our own palace.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel and especially to the medical support team for their outstanding assistance during my stay. On May 8, 2026, from approximately 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Morocco time, I was unable to keep down any food or fluids and became increasingly concerned about my condition. I contacted reception, and within about 30 minutes, Dr. Khalid arrived at my room. Dr. Khalid was professional, calm, and highly competent. After examining me, he clearly explained that I was suffering from food poisoning from another resturant in Morocco. He arrived fully prepared with all the necessary medical equipment, including IV drips and supplies needed to begin treatment immediately. In addition to providing excellent care, he coordinated with the hotel to ensure I received all the medications required for my recovery. Thanks to his prompt diagnosis, treatment, and attention to detail, my condition improved dramatically. By the following day, I felt completely recovered and was back to 100%. This level of service exceeded my expectations. The hotel’s quick response and Dr. Khalid’s exceptional medical care turned what could have been a very difficult experience into one that was handled efficiently and professionally.
