We had a fabulous lunch. We've walked past Quartz a number of times and finally made it. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. The chef came out at the end of our meal and we had a great time learning a bit more about the restaurant.

We had the 6 course menu plus the signature dish and the half glass wine pairing. Everything was fantastic. With so many courses, there is usually one or two that are a little bit less good. But the team at Quartz managed to make every dish top class. The wines also really matched the food. The staff is relaxed and friendly and super pros. We liked everything about this place and will come back for sure. One of the best restaurant experiences in my life. An extra plus for the interior; beautiful, friendly, relaxing and simple without being boring. The evening ended with the best madeleine ever. Just go there!

I went to Quartz in Ixelles for my birthday dinner, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The interior is stunning, I loved the colors and the beautiful tile work, which added so much character to the space. The service was excellent throughout the evening. We had a well-curated menu featuring a variety of thoughtfully crafted dishes, all perfectly balanced, delicious, and beautifully presented. The team was warm and attentive, and one of the staff members, in particular, stood out for his helpfulness and great sense of humor, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for a special occasion or anyone looking to enjoy a fine dining experience in Brussels. 👌🏻
