What an amazing place! It is really small what makes it cosy. We took 10 courses which was delicious and a great experience. Fish was the main theme, so you need to like that which we did! For drinks we let the waitress choose a couple of Sake that machted the food. We definitely recommend that! We love the atmosphere, the food and service.
After 9 yearly holidays in Japan, I consider myself a connoisseur. Came here with my company, and I absolutely loved it. The food is really good, simple and fusion. Sake was excellent. We were a large group so we privatized the whole place. It's pretty small so it got very noisy. But the food and sake made up for that. Ps: koshihikari could have been fluffier. Well done!
Today boredom hit me like a ton of bricks in my hotel room, so I decided to embark on a self-appointed dinner adventure. Off I went to Sakebar, where the food was nothing short of fantastic, the service had the warmth of an old friend, and Japanese pop music was the perfect soundtrack. I sampled Korean fish tartar, chicken skewers, buttery scallops, and, believe it or not, the best spinach I’ve ever had. Yes, spinach can be that exciting. Then came dessert: a playful twist on tiramisu, cleverly reimagined as ”tiramiso”, featuring miso caramel for that savory-sweet punch. I rounded out the meal with highballs and sake. Not a bad escape from hotel room boredom at all!
