The most amazing Moroccan food! Every suggestion was delicious, highly recommend! They even made a special cocktail for my husband.

We had a great dinner experience at Shirvan restaurant. The restaurant is set up within a very welcoming and beautiful ambience of Mandarin Oriental Hotel. We got an excellent seat for a couple overlooking the pool on the outside. The service was a highlight of the evening. Two servers - Hakat and Yasin were exemplary. They were engaging, respectful, caring and very attentive to us. Took care of little things, provided insights about Morocco, culture and cuisine. They even worked with the live band to play some songs that make the evening even more amazing for us. The food was fantastic. We are vegetarians and did not know how the experience would be but very pleasantly surprised as the Chef did a wonderful job using moroccan dishes with a right blend of spices and cooking that left us craving for more. We highly recommend the restaurant and do believe that the place deserves to be covered by Michelin for their review. The place excels in many ways.
