I am a total coffee (espresso) snob. This one Sound and Coffee place in Paris made my day and beyond. They choose their beans carefully and blend and roast themselves. Add to that the funky vinyl atmosphere, excellent service and you will have a great experience indeed. Five out of five, totally!
