Refreshing bar with a heavy dose of local culture. The drinks are familiar but with a Thai twist with the use of local herbs and liquors. The music is amazing, with live performance of traditional and classic Thai songs.

This was one of the best experiences that I’ve ever had in Thailand and I’ve been here four times. The food, cocktails and music are all authentic Thai which was a really impressive immersive experience. The live band and singer made the mezzanine level of the bar and restaurant very atmospheric. Get there early or you will need to queue outside. Try all the signature dishes and cocktails that you can!

Lady singer, Her voice can hold yours heart and freeze your mind on her vocal. The staff is joyful, connect to you like friends and family. People who visit all feel relax like club house.

TEP BAR is more than just a bar; it's a Cultural Bar of Thailand located in Bangkok's vibrant Soi Nana (Chinatown area). It offers a truly unique nightlife experience by blending authentic Thai traditions with the craft cocktail scene. 🍾Atmosphere: Rustic Charm Meets Live Thai Music The bar’s decor is styled to evoke the 'Golden Age of Thailand', featuring exposed brick, dim lighting, and antique-looking jars of Yadong (herbal spirits). This gives it a cool, mysterious, and slightly nostalgic vibe. The main attraction is the live Thai traditional music. Talented young musicians play instruments like the ranad (xylophone) and various percussions. Crucially, the music isn't just background noise—it's lively, engaging, and often features Ramwong (Thai folk dancing) tunes that get the crowd tapping their feet or even dancing along. It's an energetic fusion of old-school sound and modern socializing. 🍸Drinks: A Culinary Adventure Your selection perfectly highlights the bar's focus on local Thai ingredients. You skipped the raw shots of Yadong but dove deep into their signature cocktails which skillfully use Thai rice wine (Sato) and other local flavors (Pandan, Plum, herbs). Each drink is a thoughtful creation, offering a complexity of flavor that you won't find at typical international bars. The experience is well worth the premium price tag. Just be sure to book a table in advance as it fills up quickly!
