Very zen experience; loved the journey of the flavor profile changes. Bold choice in some of the combos! I was particularly taken away with familar Smokey charcoal scotches like Caol Ila balanced with tea… the cocktails appear to have been made in advance but it doesn’t take away from the experience.

Highly recommend Astea for tea-based drinks in Taipei! The bartender is very knowledgeable about each drink and its tea origins, and its clear that they take their craft very seriously. Lots of low ABV and non-alcoholic options available, and excellent recommendations based on what you have sipped before.

Great vibes and great lowish abv drinks - randomly walked in here and was super impressed. Had a nice chat with the bartender Will, who is awesome and trilingual, and was able to read my book in peace since the lighting is nice. This would prob be a great spot for a date - quiet, not too dark, and overall relaxing.
