We had a wonderful stay at Zoom hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful. They gave us great advise on places to visit and eat in Brussels and were very welcoming. The room was very modern, comfortable and stylish. It was a great location and perfect for exploring Brussels. 100% recommend!
The hotel is very close to the Louisa metro station and close to the shopping district. It is in a very quiet location and in the vicinity of Chaussee D’Ixelles where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.||We were greeted by very enthusiastic and welcoming staff and had a lovely room in Building B. The air conditioning was good and very welcome in the heat. If you are bothered by light, bring eye pads as there is a glow from the air conditioning unit.||Unfortunately, we had to move rooms as the bathroom floor flooded after showering on our first morning. The silicone seal had worn away and it was impossible to shower without the floor getting soaked.||We report this issue to Olivier who dealt with the issue in a professional manner. We were moved to another room as it was impossible to sort the issue out over the weekend.||We didn’t sample the breakfast but free coffee and water was available at all times.||The stay was very comfortable and we cannot thank Olivier enough for his professionalism and calmness when dealing with our bathroom dilemma. ||I would recommend this hotel.
Excellent stay in Brussels! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We were able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated after traveling.||We stayed in two different rooms during our trip, and both were clean, comfortable, and had excellent air conditioning—even during the heat wave. The hotel also stored our luggage while we took an overnight side trip, making our return very convenient.||The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the complimentary 24-hour water, tea, and coffee were a nice bonus. The location is great, with easy walking access to restaurants, shopping, tram stops, and laundry facilities.||We would definitely stay here again.
