Never had Italian pizza before but decided to give this place a try despite the price and was fortunately surprised, the meal was fresh, hot and I can see why they price their pizzas the way they do. If you know nothing about Italian Pizzas like myself and haven't heard of half the toppings just ask the staff who will be happy to assist you.
The staff here especially Margie (Marge?) offered exceptional service which you rarely ever experience in the Philippines and honestly that even shined above the excellent pizza.

Playa Pizzeria completely saved our anniversary dinner after a series of disappointing restaurant experiences.
We ordered the Burrata Bomb, and it was phenomenal. The dough was perfectly cooked, the burrata was rich and creamy, and every ingredient came together beautifully. We finished the entire pizza without hesitation.
The pasta and sangria were also exceptional. Everything we ordered exceeded our expectations.
This place is truly a hidden gem in the middle of Cebu City. The food, ambiance, and overall experience make it a restaurant worth coming back to again and again.
The only dish that could use a little improvement is the panna cotta. It was slightly more gelatinous than I personally prefer, but it certainly didn’t take away from an otherwise outstanding meal.
Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back.

Food was excellent! Definitely recommend the Burrata Bomb!! The Burrata and Truffle mixed really well. Their Pasta was nice too, good for 1 person btw. Their Sangria might be sour but it wasn’t a problem for me.
Place was also very nice. Wish the AC was a little more colder but I could probably ask them to increase it.
