My visit to Selman Marrakech was truly breathtaking. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of design and elegance, but the highlight of my experience was undoubtedly the evening spent at Sabo restaurant. ​I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hostess, Laila. She was absolutely wonderful ,professional, welcoming, and incredibly graceful. From the moment we arrived, Laila made sure every detail was perfect. Her warm hospitality and attentive service added a personal touch that made the evening feel truly special and luxurious. She is a fantastic ambassador for the high standards of Selman. ​The restaurant's atmosphere is unmatched, combining exquisite cuisine with the hotel's stunning surroundings. Everything from the presentation to the service was flawless. ​If you are looking for a world-class dining experience in Marrakech with service that makes you feel like royalty, I highly recommend visiting Sabo. Excellent food, atmosphere and service. The escargot and the beef tartare are musts! Also the vanilla bean millefoglie (if that’s how you spell it!) candlelit romantic surroundings with polite service and sumptuous furnishings. Highly recommended for a date night or special occasion.

It was a truly impressive experience, both in terms of atmosphere and cuisine. The elegant and meticulously designed interior draws you in from the very first moment. The service was extremely professional and attentive; every detail was considered. The flavors far exceeded my expectations. We had a wonderful time and an unforgettable evening. It's definitely a place I'd like to return to.
